首先运行SciTE脚本编辑器exe

保存为locale.properties放到SciTE目录
然后点击运行，就是汉化了，是不是很简单
一定名字写全locale.properties
一定要保存在放到SciTE目录，SciTE不用安装，直接运行exe程序就可以了
