很多人喜欢喝鲫鱼汤那是因为鲫鱼真的太鲜美了。小时候吃的都是野生的鲫鱼，味道那个鲜美啊。后来都是养殖的，虽然鲫鱼一条条都很肥硕，但味道已经大不如从前，而且如果运气不好买到的鲫鱼会有股土腥味，那就自认倒霉吧，哪怕你放再多的调料其实都是无济于事的。有时大家晚上下班可能做晚饭的时间不充裕，其实也可以动动脑筋，在鲫鱼汤里放适量的别的食材，那么一锅汤就解决了晚饭的问题。不过鲫鱼鱼刺太多，很多人经常因为吃这种鱼被鱼刺卡住，建议这部分人吃鲫鱼的时候吃鱼胸部一带的肉，不要吃鱼尾的，因为那里小鱼刺最多，把这部分留给家里会挑鱼刺的人吧！我家好男儿Vincent天生会挑鱼刺。记得他只有8个月大时我给他添加辅食，有一次加了鱼肉，我以为已经把鱼刺全部挑出来了，没想到小家伙居然在吃的时候吐出一个比线还细的小鱼刺，一直到现在，他都能非常自如地应付那些鱼刺。我猜想，有些人是不是天生会挑鱼刺，而有些人每次吃鱼必卡，是属于怎么都不会吃鱼的那种！不知你属于那一种，估计大多数人和我一样，在两者之间，难得也会被鱼刺卡住。很多人有被鱼刺卡住的惨痛经历，大家要记住，千万不要再试民间的土办法，什么吞饭团，喝醋，折腾个半死，反而让鱼刺卡得更厉害，最严重的是被感染，那后果就严重了，所以赶紧上医院吧。今天在鲫鱼汤里我放了一种特殊的蔬菜，叫牛蒡。牛蒡为菊科草本直根类植物，是一种以肥大肉质根供食用的蔬菜，叶柄和嫩叶也可食用，牛蒡子和牛蒡根也可入药。西医认为它除了具有利尿、消积、祛痰止泄等药理作用外，还用于便秘、高血压、高胆固醇症的食疗。中医认为有疏风散热、宣肺透疹、解毒利咽等功效。可用于风热感冒、咳嗽痰多、麻疹风疹、咽喉肿痛。《本草经疏》称其为“散风除热解毒三要药”。《本草纲目》称其“通十二经脉，洗五脏恶气”“久服轻身耐老”。我国《现代中药学大辞典》、《中药大辞典》等药典中把牛蒡的药理作用概括为：有促进生长作用；有抑制肿瘤生长的物质；有抗菌和抗真菌作用。春天是病毒很多的季节，所以有时煲汤时加点牛蒡也是很好的养生的做法。原料：鲫鱼牛蒡鹌鹑蛋 香菇调料：食用油香葱生姜 盐做法：1.牛蒡清洗后削皮滚刀切小块；2.生姜切片；3.香葱清洗干净；4.香菇提前浸泡；5.热锅后加入适量食用油，生姜片铺在锅底；6.香葱也铺在锅底；7.放入鲫鱼，一开始不要翻动；8.小火煎3分钟后可以翻身煎另外一面；9.加入开水，即将没过鱼身，盖上锅盖大火煮5分钟；10.加入浸泡好的香菇和牛蒡片继续大火煮5分钟左右；11.加盐和味精调味；12.加入煮熟去皮的鹌鹑蛋撒上香葱就可以出锅了。非同寻常之处：1.除了用我一贯的放姜片防止鱼皮粘连，我还铺了一层香葱，这样更好的给鱼去腥的同时也会给鱼增香，所以加了生姜和香葱，料酒我就不放了；2.除了用常用的煲汤食材香菇，我这次加了牛蒡和鹌鹑蛋，这样可以说是进一步提升了汤的鲜度和营养。可能很多人不喜欢牛蒡的味道，但是由于牛蒡真的非常有营养，所以大家可以从煲汤开始。学习英语：【口译材料】2012年温总理答中外记者问全文(4)Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao meets the press十一届全国人大五次会议于3月14日闭幕。闭幕后，国务院总理温家宝在人民大会堂三楼金色大厅与采访十一届全国人大五次会议的中外记者见面，回答记者提出的问题。以下为温家宝答问实录：新加坡《联合早报》记者：我的问题是，最近几年您多次在不同场合提到了政治体制改革，引起了很大的关注。请问您多次反复提到政治体制改革的原因在哪里？中国推进政治体制改革的难度又在什么地方？谢谢。温家宝：是的，这些年我多次谈到政治体制改革，应该说已经比较全面和具体了。如果问我为什么关注这件事情，我出于责任感。粉碎“四人帮”以后，我们党虽然作出了若干历史问题的决议，实行了改革开放。但是“文革”的错误和封建的影响，并没有完全清除。随着经济的发展，又产生了分配不公、诚信缺失、贪污腐败等问题。我深知解决这些问题，不仅要进行经济体制改革，而且要进行政治体制改革，特别是党和国家领导制度的改革。现在改革到了攻坚阶段，没有政治体制改革的成功，经济体制改革不可能进行到底，已经取得的成果还有可能得而复失，社会上新产生的问题，也不能从根本上得到解决，文化大革命这样的历史悲剧还有可能重新发生。每个有责任的党员和领导干部都应该有紧迫感。当然，我深知改革的难度，主要是任何一项改革必须有人民的觉醒、人民的支持、人民的积极性和创造精神。在中国这样有13亿人口的大国，又必须从国情出发，循序渐进地建立社会主义民主政治。这不是一件轻而易举的事情，但是改革只能前进，不能停滞，更不能倒退，停滞和倒退都没有出路。我知道，人们不仅看我说什么、我的理想和信念，更看我通过自己的努力能够实现什么样的目标。我可以对大家讲，为了中国的改革开放事业，只要还有一口气，我就奋斗一天。Lianhe Zaobao: In recent years, you have addressed politicalstructural reform on several occasions, and that has attracted wideattention. Why have you done so and what is the difficulty thatconfronts China's political structural reform?Wen Jiabao: I have talked about political structural reform inChina on many occasions in these years. And I have set out my viewson this topic in full and in detail. Why have I taken such a keeninterest in this matter? It is because I have been seized by astrong sense of responsibility. After the crackdown of the Gang ofFour, our Party adopted resolutions on certain questions in thehistory of the Party since the founding of the People's Republic ofChina, and took the important decision of conducting reform andopening up in China. However, the vestige of the mistake of the'cultural revolution' and the impact of feudalism has yet to befully eliminated.And as our economy continues to develop, such new problems asincome disparities, lack of credibility and corruption haveoccurred. I am fully aware that to resolve these problems we mustpress ahead with both economic structural reform and politicalstructural reform, in particular reform in the leadership system ofthe Party and the state.The reform in China has come to a critical stage. Without thesuccess of political structural reform, it is impossible for us tofully institute economic structural reform. The gains we have madein reform and development may be lost, new problems that havecropped up in China's society cannot be fundamentally resolved andsuch historical tragedies as the 'cultural revolution' may happenagain. I believe all responsible Party members and governmentofficials should have a sense of urgency.I am fully aware of the difficulty of the reform. For any reformto succeed, it needs the consciousness, support, enthusiasm andcreativity of the people. To conduct such reform in our big countrywith 1.3 billion people, we must always bear in mind China'snational circumstances and develop our socialist democracy in astep-by-step manner. This is not an easy thing, but the reform canonly go forward.
