点击进入我的微博：我看到的有趣的东西都在那里。好男儿这几天身体不好，拉肚子了，还吐了一次。孩子一生病，就会急死大人。爷爷奶奶，外公外婆都会担心Vincent。做了父母就再也不能解脱了，孩子永远和自己绑在了一起，你会和他一起快乐，一起难过。上帝是公平的，他赐给你一个孩子，让他给家庭带来快乐的同时有时也让你们经历点痛苦，让你牵挂他一辈子。只有这个时候才会体会做父母的不容易。　　昨天好男儿幼儿园里回来，晚上胃口还是不怎么好，看来饭是不怎么想吃了，吃了也不消化。刚好我买了面条机，还没有试过。我下班前到超市还专门去买了荞麦粉，所以我就用高筋面粉加了点荞麦粉又加了两个鸡蛋随便一揉，放入自动的面条机里，太神奇了啊，面条出来了，而且煮出来的面条特别筋斗，我只放了盐，没有别的什么添加剂啊，拳头大小的面团力我放了两个鸡蛋，自己做舍得下料，下次我就给大家展示我做的面条啊，菠菜面条，紫薯面条，胡萝卜面条，只要你想得到我都会做啊哈哈！　　今天给大家推荐一道海鲜咖喱饭。夏天吃特别开胃。关键是荤素搭配，营养也超好，等我家好男儿身体好了，再做给他吃，他念念不忘的就是这碗海鲜咖喱饭啊！原料：鲜虾　干贝　 花椰菜　米饭调料：生姜　料酒　 生粉 　 黑胡椒粉　咖喱块（或者咖喱粉） 盐　 鸡精　做法：1.买来的鲜虾再清洗一下。2.在锅中加水，放入生姜片，加入料酒。3.大火煮开后再煮2分钟。4.加入鲜虾，变成红色后再煮半分钟就可以了。5.鲜虾从锅中取出后放凉。6.剥出虾仁，同时取出虾仁背上的泥肠。7.干贝准备好。8.加入料酒和水隔夜浸泡好。9.加入黑胡椒粉。10.再加入生粉搅拌均匀后腌制30分钟。11.把花椰菜清洗干净后掰成一小块。12.热锅后加油，先放入干贝煸炒一下后拿出备用。13.锅中加水烧开，加入一小块咖喱（放咖喱粉也一样）。14.待咖喱块充分溶解后加入刚才煸炒过的干贝。15.放入花椰菜。16.加入剥好的虾仁。17.加适量盐。如果你水放的不多，只做一人份的，那么根本用不着加盐，但是放咖喱粉的还是要加盐的。还有，放咖喱粉的不要忘了勾芡那么汤汁才厚实哦。18.再加一点鸡精这个浇汁的料就做好了。在碗中一边把饭盛好，一边就放上面的咖喱海鲜料，吃的时候搅拌一下，很美味吧！我在饭上撒的是薄荷叶，吃起来辛香可口的同时还带着一股清凉的味道，这个创意怎么样，很不错吧！家里的月季花开了很多，谢了也很可惜，干脆采几朵给海鲜饭点缀一下吧！就这样，搅拌一下，开吃啊！谗了吧，来一口！学习英语：写作必备76.
