方法/步骤

首先，我们需要明白这个问题是由于Apache的80端口和443端口被占用引起的，我们只需要在相应的文件中改写这两个端口即可。

打开XAMPP Control Panel，单击Apache的Config按钮选择httpd.conf文件，并用记事本打开

其次，再单击Config按钮选择Apache(httpd-ssl.conf)文件，并用记事本打开

将httpd-ssl.conf文件中的Listen 443 和

最后，记得把两个改动了的文件保存一下，再重新打开Apache即可↖(^ω^)↗
注意事项

修改文件后一定要保存⊙０⊙

修改后在浏览器中打开要将“localhost”改成“localhost:8080“才能正常使用哦
