当你进入游戏的时候就一直处于黑屏状态并且无法正常连接游戏频道，那么如果排除游戏运行商本身服务器的问题，那么就肯定是你的网络或者游戏文件出现了问题，导致无法与游戏正常连接无非就以下几点：1、电脑限制你与游戏服务器进行数据传输 2、游戏损坏 3、DNS以及IP出现了问题。
首先我们需要排除网络的问题，C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc找到这个文件夹目录然后打开hosts文件粘贴以下内容：# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.## This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.## This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one# space.## Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.## For example:## 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.# 127.0.0.1 localhost# ::1 localhost#0.0.0.0 cert.bandicam.com以记事本的格式打开
当我们重置电脑内的hosts文件，接下来我们应该重置LSP，我们输入打开“运行”输入“cmd”然后再输入“netsh winsock reset”
然后再次输入“ipconfig /flushdns”进行DNS重置。
最后再用游戏修复功能修复下游戏即可解决问题，如果以上步骤都做完了，那么还是无法进入，这就说明是游戏自身的问题了，我们重新下载游戏即可。
