1、例如gta，点击库中相应游戏-点击客服
2、看到如下界面(也可能出现下图界面)，点击红框内的图示 这里我们以It's not what I excepted为例，进行退款 PS：若进行游戏2h以下，可点击I purchased this by accident成功率更高 若2h以及更多，最好点击It's not what I excepted
3、点击红框内I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款
4、Refund to Alipay为退款到支付宝 Refund to my Steam wallet为退款到Steam钱包 值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包
5、可点击以下两选项进行退款，并在Notes内描述原因 （图为楼主范本，可引用，成功率目前100%）退款范本 Dear Valve Services: I’m writing this letter to complain about the game Grand Theft Auto and demand a full refund.
