CICSO交换机可分为三种工作模式

用户模式 Switch>交换机启动首先进入该模式，该模式用于进行基本的测试、显示系统信息。Switch>Switch>exit     可以离开该模式

特权模式 Switch#在特权模式下能查看配置信息，可以配置时间等配置。Switch>enable    进入特权模式Switch#

全局配置模式  Switch(config)#在该模式下可以配置或修改交换机的配置，也可以在该模式下查看配置在命令前加多'do'。Switch#configure terminal    进入全局配置模式Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.Switch(config)#

如何使用帮助?方法一：用户当前所处的命令模式决定了可以使用的命令。在用户模式输入“？”如果如下：Switch>?Exec commands:  access-enable    Create a temporary Access-List entry  clear            Reset functions  connect          Open a terminal connection  crypto           Encryption related commands.  disable          Turn off privileged commands  disconnect       Disconnect an existing network connection  enable           Turn on privileged commands  exit             Exit from the EXEC  help             Description of the interactive help system  lock             Lock the terminal  login            Log in as a particular user  logout           Exit from the EXEC  name-connection  Name an existing network connection  ping             Send echo messages  rcommand         Run command on remote switch  release          Release a resource  renew            Renew a resource  resume           Resume an active network connection  set              Set system parameter (not config)  show             Show running system information  ssh              Open a secure shell client connection  systat           Display information about terminal lines  tclquit          Quit Tool Command Language shell  telnet           Open a telnet connection  terminal         Set terminal line parameters  traceroute       Trace route to destination  tunnel           Open a tunnel connection  where            List active connections

方法二：当记不全命令时只记得几个字母的时候字母加“？”就会出现“S”开头（在该模式下）的所有命令。Switch>s?*s=show  set  show  sshsystat

方法三：输入第一个命令空格加“？”可以显示第二个命令的信息。 Switch>show ?  aaa             Show AAA values  auto            Show Automation Template  auto            Show Automation Template  auto            Show Automation Template  cca             CCA information  class-map       Show QoS Class Map  clock           Display the system clock  cns             CNS agents  controllers     Interface controller status  crypto          Encryption module  dampening       Display dampening information   dot1x           Dot1x information--More--   显示了部分命令

使用Tab键获得帮助按下Tab键可以自动补齐命令剩余的字母，输入字符部分不可和别的命令相同。 Switch>sh  输入“sh'按下'Tab键”补齐剩余的字母。Switch>show  如果输入“s”按“Tab键”无法自动补齐剩余的字母、因为'S'开头的命令有多个系统无法确定补齐那个。Switch>s?  *s=show  set  show  sshsystat
