外国人就业证与居住证办理流程及准备材料

Step 1:Requested Materials第一步:所需材料1. One filled-out Application Form for Foreigner's Employment in China; (which can be downloaded on the website);填写正确的《外国人就业申请表》一份(可在网上下载);2. Valid Business License or other legal Registration (copy)经年检有效的营业执照或其他法定注册登记证明、组织机构代码证(复印件);3. The curriculum vitae of the foreigner to be employed (printed in Chinese and stamped by the employer);外国人履历证明(中文打印,用人单位盖公章);4. The relevant credentials of the foreigner (provide reference letters issued by his/her former employer)外国人任职的相关资格证明(原工作过的单位出具从事与现聘用岗位工作相关的工作经历证明);5. Educational certificates related with current job position (copy);与所从事的工作相适应的学历证明(复印件);6. Valid passport of the foreigner (copy);本人的有效护照复印件;7. Other documents requested by the certificate issuing authority.发证机关需要的其他材料。Step 2: Invitation Letter第二步:通知签证函1.网上申报登记2. Employment License original and copy就业许可证原件及复印件3. Business license copy企业营业执照复印件,加盖公章4. Passport copy护照复印件Step 3: Physical Verification第三步:体检1. A valid original passport or travel document本人有效证件(原件+复印件)2. Four recent 2-inch photos (full face without hat)营业执照复印件3. Company’s business license or registration certificate免冠2寸照(4张)4. Total fee: 650 RMB办理费用:650元Step 4: Alien Employment Permit第四步:申办《外国人就业证》1. Two filled-out Employment Registration Form of Foreign Employees in China; (which can be downloaded on the website);填写正确的《外国人就业登记表》二份(可在网上下载);2. Copy of Employment License;《外国人就业许可证书》(复印件);3. Copy of labor contract / employment agreement signed by the employer and the foreigner to be employed用人单位与被聘外国人签订的劳动合同4. Valid passport and visa of the foreigner; (Both original and copy are needed.)本人的有效护照及签证(正本及复印件);5. Health certificate上海市出入境检验检疫局(电话:62688851)出具或确认的健康证明(复印件);6. Three recently-taken passport photos.(Two of the photos should be pasted on the forms, and the other one willbe pasted on the employment permit.)近期二寸证件照片三张(其中二张贴在表格上,一张制作就业证);7. Other documents requested by the certificate issuing authority.发证机关需要的其他材料。Step 5: Residence Permit第五步:居留许可申请1. Submitting the Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form completely filled up提交填写完整的《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》2. One recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photograph;1张近期2寸半身正面免冠照片;3. Original of the certificate of check-in in Shanghai (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the areawhere the lodging takes place);在沪住宿登记证明原件(宾馆或住宿地派出所出具);4. Originals of the valid passport and visa;本人有效护照及签证原件;5. Original of the Health Certificate提交市卫生检疫部门出具的健康证明原件(长宁区金浜路15号);6. Official letter of application of the unit;提交单位申请公函;7. Original and the copy of the Certificate of Approval of Enterprise, the Duplicate of Business License or theRepresentative Agency Registration Certificate and the organization code;提交企业批准证书、营业执照副本或代表机构登记证、组织机构代码证的原件及复印件;
