在Amazon英文官网上登录已注册的美国亚马逊账号,首页找 Help,然后点 Contact Us,然后选了下问题类别,选 Chat.

然后点 Start Chat, Chat(聊天) 的内容大致如下:(大致意思就是人在中国,对于kindle特惠服务用不到云云) Me:hello, I got a kindle paperwhite but I am in China, that means the special offers are nothing to me.So, would you please unsubscribe special offers for me? Abhijeet(客服): Yoho, we are charged some fee for removing special offers from our Kindle but since you not in U.S. I will go ahead and for you as a one time exception I will remove special offers without any charge. This device has successfully unsubscribed from Special Offers. Me: Thank you
