用一道香气四溢的麻油鸡拉开龙年年夜饭大餐的序幕

点击进入我的微博：我的轻博客：家里的卫生已经搞定了三分之二，昨天晚上又继续。我家好男儿真的是长大了，一年比一年懂事，他除了整理好书房，看到我在客厅忙活，会跑过来向我不断的要活干！我先让他整理客厅里的几个小柜子，他边整理，边问我哪些东西可以扔掉。我在整理植物的时候他也向我要活干，我看到有一盆常春藤上有许多枯叶，就让他帮忙用剪刀去掉。你可别说，他修剪的非常漂亮，一张枯叶也不剩，常春藤重新焕发绿色生机。接下来他又讨了点活干，我让他给我和Cutelady的皮鞋擦一下，他马上就给力地擦拭起来。他忙得可起劲了，Cutelday喊他几声，他都抱以响亮的回答:我在帮爸爸搞卫生！看他那一丝不苟的样子，我脑子里想，对哦，谁让人家是处女座哦！客厅里的卫生搞好，我家好男儿又忙活起来，这里搬搬好，那里放放整齐。我说，对了，你这几天在看维尼小熊的故事，我们家里不是也有一只很大的维尼啊，去拿出来，放在沙发上！他乐呵呵地抱了出来，我给维尼熊稍微擦拭了一下，好了，一切都搞定了。我们欣赏一下劳动成果，客厅大变样啊，干净整洁，沙发垫子换成了橙色的，特别温暖,和我家的绿色植物也蛮搭配的！但好像还少了点什么，对啊，鲜花！过几天买几束去。恩，明天再战厨房的卫生，继续！　　龙年的新年越来越近，大家是不是已经在准备年夜饭了呢？除了准备常见的家常菜，讨口彩的菜，有没有来几道能Hold住年夜饭的大餐呢？从今天起，Tony给连续给大家上5道专门为龙年新年年夜饭准备的大餐啦。　　今天给大家推荐台湾风味的麻油鸡！而且我做的是不上火版的，喝汤吃鸡肉，味道不变，即使多吃了点也不会上火，此菜汤汁浓稠，带着麻油的香醇，鸡肉肉质细嫩，滋味鲜美，实在是年夜菜中给人带来惊喜的一道大餐。原料：嫩鸡　香菇　蘑菇调料：生姜 　麻油　 食用油　料酒　白糖　盐 　葱做法：1.把嫩鸡清洗干净后切成块；2.准备半锅水，放入鸡肉焯水；3.在水里放入料酒煮开后把鸡肉再搅拌清洗掉浮末；4.把鸡肉从锅中取出备用；5.生姜切成片，蘑菇切块，香菇事先在水里泡发好；6.热锅后加入少量的食用油，再加一小勺左右的麻油；7.下生姜片翻炒到颜色变深就可以了；8.加入焯好水的鸡块，翻炒几下；9.加入清水没过鸡肉（想要多喝汤可以多加点水）；10.大火煮开后改小火煮10分钟左右；11.加入香菇和蘑菇继续小火煮5分钟左右；12.加入半勺白糖，加盐调味，最后可以适当多淋点麻油撒上葱花就可以出锅了。台湾麻油鸡好吃不上火的秘诀：1.传统的做法是加很多的生姜放在麻油里高温炸，这样做显然吃了很容易上火，所以我先加食用油再加一点麻油，原来的油炸生姜改成煸炒，这样温度不是很高，生姜的量也合适；2.鸡肉先焯水去除腥味，而且在焯水的时候加入了料酒，这样等一会根本不用再加料酒，因为生姜也可以去腥的；3.选用的是嫩鸡，所以不用煮很久，加上了香菇和蘑菇让麻油鸡营养搭配更加合理，有了食用菌类的加入，当然更不容易上火；4.出锅前加一点白糖可以让汤汁味道更鲜美，最关键的是再次淋上麻油，那味道绝对香浓，麻油在锅里呆的时间不长，更加不容易上火了；　　这样一碗带着麻油醇香的鸡肉,一定是过年餐桌上的抢手菜啊!喝汤,浓稠鲜美,吃鸡肉,鲜嫩味美,吃食用菌,多汁香醇,总之,这道菜,绝对能Hold住你的春节家宴，不过要改大碗啊，那才有气势！跟着Tony学习英语：　　　　　　　　　人身上最重要的部位是什么呢？每个人都会有自己的答案：有的人选择大脑，有的人选择眼睛，有的人选择手。你的答案又是什么呢？仔细思考一下，也许你能和作者一样，获得一个令人惊异的答案。人身上最重要的部位是什么？　　My mother used to ask me what isthe most important part of the body.Through the years I would guessat what I thought was the correct answer.　　　When I was younger, I thought sound was very important to us ashumans, so I said, 'My ears, Mommy.'　　　　She said, 'No. Many people are deaf.
