使用FTP下载网站目录下所有文件夹以及文件到本地电脑。

使用WP-DB-Backup插件备份数据库并下载到本地。

把本地备份的WP文件上传至新的空间

到新的主机空间，新建一个数据库，在PhpMyAdmin中选中新建的数据库，然后在Import选项卡下，选择你备份到本地的sql文件恢复到新主机空间的数据库中。
