认识国际驾照

值得注意的是，中国并不承认国际驾照，所以仅持有国际驾照的外国人不能在中国大陆地区驾驶车辆。同时，中国公民申请的国际驾照，严格意义上说是一个第三方机构对中国驾照的认证和翻译，所以在任何一个国家使用国际驾照之前，必须先了解当地的交通法规看看是否可以使用自己持有的国际驾照。“国际驾照”INTERNATIONAL DRIVER LICENSE（简称 IDL），IAA国际驾照是有29个国家语言版本驾驶执照翻译件。是驾驶员在他国使用的本国驾照资格证明文件。 其主要目的是为驾驶员在国外驾车时，消除各国对驾照有不同要求而遇到的障碍。 境外驾车，您需携带国际驾照（IAA）还必须携带您本国合法有效期的驾驶执照，以证明您有经法律认可的驾车资格。持IAA国际驾照认证件加本国驾驶执照可在全球190多个国家开车。

国际驾照分A、B、C、D、E五类，各类可以驾驶的车辆如下所示：AMotorcycles with or without a side car, invalid carriages and three-wheeled motor vehicles with an unladen weight not exceeding 400kg(900 lb)摩托车不论有无边车，三轮车，病人车，纯总量不超过400公斤（900磅） B Motor vehicles used for the transport of passengers and comprising in addition to the driver's seat at most eight seats or those used for the transport of goods and having a permissible maximum weight not exceeding 3500kg(7700 lb).
